Shirdi Industries Limited was established in 1993 and over the years, rode the tide of growth. In 1998, the company forayed into import of wood-based panel products and ventured into manufacturing in the year 2005. Most of the existing key persons employed in ASIS group, vendor and customers have long continuing relationship. Shirdi is also credited with largest investment by any company in India having presence in wood-based panel and laminate industry in the year 2005 by setting up of several green field plants to manufacture particle board, MDF board, pre-laminated boards, decorative laminates, furniture and laminated floorings.
